We bought our first timeshare, The Resort at Cocoa Beach, in 1999. Soon afterward, we began to buy into the Fairfield/Wyndham point system. With all of the points we purchased, Joanie and I, enjoyed many great vacations. We would start with our Cocoa Beach Resort, then use our Wyndham points, to stay in South Florida from mid-November thru mid-March. One winter we stayed all 4 months at Daytona Ocean Walk Resort, Daytona Beach, Florida.

When my health started failing in 2006, we were not able to use all of our points for traveling. I then started to rent some vacation weeks to neighbors, friends, and extended family members. During this time, several Wyndham point owners asked if I could help them rent their unused points. For several years, we would buy the points from the owners and they would transfer the points to our account. In 2007, I was contacted by a large travel group to help supply inventory for their customers. By the beginning of 2008, I was doing more business than I wanted or could handle. I called my son to come help and take care of the daily operations. Since Gerrit, JR has taken over, the business has grown from 15 rentals per week, to over 40 rentals per week.

As time passed, Wyndham changed their policy and it was no longer acceptable to transfer points to another owner''s account. To continue helping the owners, we established a different style Management Program. We are now able to assist "fixed week owners" and "point owners", no matter which timeshare company they own. If you would like to learn more, just let us know what you own and we will discuss the rental program. Since Gerrit, JR is also a licensed real estate agent, he could advertise to sell your timeshare.

There are no "up-front" fees for the rental program or listing your ownership for sale. We make our commission when we rent or sell your timeshare property. If you are ever asked for "up-front" money, be prepared to lose it. Most of these companies are not reliable or legitimate.
