"For about 8 or 9 years I have been doing our own rentals with some very good success. I would rent 2 or 3 weeks a year at Royal Vista or Ocean Boulevard. This took up time, had advertising expenses, and FAX''s, e mails, phone calls and regular mail. This year has been a very bad year. I had two weeks at Royal Vista that I advertised on Redweek.com, TUG2.net and this board. I did not get even one inquiry. I have been advertising a week at Ocean Boulevard and one at National Harbor in July with the same results. I lowered the prices on all of these several times to try to be in line with other ads. On June 3, 2010 we signed a contract with Bar G, Inc. managed by Gerrit Brouwer. He has already made five (5) rentals and did all of these with the 50% discount we get at 60 days as Platinum Owners. I gave him all the reservations we had and he managed to cancel them and then get them right back at the lower rate. We will be getting a little less than what we got when I was doing it but it is well worth it to not have to spend the time doing it and the expenses we incurred. We are completely satisfied with his service and recommend it to all wanting to rent out points. THERE IS NO UPFRONT FEE. To contact him call him at 573-346-0545 X 11. "We just received our last check from Gerrit Brower of Bar G, Inc. for rentals he has done for us this year. He has done a fantastic job and just used up all of our points by using a few points from our 2011 account. We have been completely satisfied with what he has done. I lost count of how many reservations he was able to make using our points. It certainly got a undesirable job off my back and a good return on our points. We hope to be able to meet Gerrit during our trip to Branson Nov. 6 to 13. He said he may get a reservation and be there sometime during our stay. "When I worked with them it took me about a month to get things set up. They have to e-mail you a contract and you have to sign and return etc. I was VERY happy with using them and plan on using them again this year. Most of my points just started again on March 1 and I just have not e-mailed them again yet. Give them a call again. It was really worth using them---they do ALL the work and you just sit back and get the checks. I was VERY happy!!!!! It was a lot easier than me doing the work!!!! j I HIGHLY! HIGHLY! HIGHLY! say---use them!!!!!!

"I agree with Penny. When Wyndham owners were able to rent points to/from one another, I dealt with Gerrit''s father. Now Gerrit, Jr. is running the Bar G operation. Gerrit,Jr. rented out all the extra points I had in 2010 and I was most pleased with our arrangement. Gerrit asks NOTHING up front. Gerrit, Sr. is having some significant health issues.
